The website is managed and administered by Firsty Group, a BCL Numedia company on behalf of Blink Publishing.
You can always return an item if it is defective in any way for replacement.
Replacements will be dispatched within 7 days via 1st Class Postal Service.
The cost of returned goods will be refunded to you, but please note that the delivery charges can only be refunded if the return is a result of our error or if the product is faulty.
Please note that refunds will be credited to the card used to place the order, and cannot be paid in cash.
How to return an item
To return an order, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with details of your request.
We recommend that you use an insured or registered mail service or courier when sending items back to us as we are unable to refund items which are damaged in return transit or not received at our premises.
Refunds will be carried out within 14 days of receipt of returned goods.
Cancelling an Order
Under the United Kingdom's Distance Selling Regulations, you have the right to cancel the contract for the purchase of any item within 7 working days of delivery. This legal right applies to all of our products, with the exception of magazines and periodicals. If your purchase qualifies for cancellation and you would like to cancel the contract please email Customer Services quoting your order number at email@example.com or call us on +44 (0)1635 581185 during office hours (Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm GMT).
You must take reasonable care of the items and must not use them. Please note that cancellations under these terms can only be accepted within 7 working days of delivery. When you have cancelled your contract, you must return the items to us so that we receive them within 7 working days of your cancellation of the contract. You will be responsible for the cost of delivering the items back to us, unless we delivered an item to you in error or the items were faulty. Once we have begun the delivery process, you cannot cancel any contract you have with us for any services we have already carried (i.e. postage and packing).
